Hi Debbie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started my business in 2012 after researching other customer experience programs. I wanted to help restaurants, hotels, and other business owners improve their customer experience and increase revenue. I am where I am today because I have helped many business owners be successful.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No, it’s been a challenge. Most of my clients don’t understand the importance of giving quality customer experience until they see the results. Also, it’s a struggle to find qualified mystery shoppers who can complete a shop and give pertinent information.

The Hart Experience is a customer experience business that provides mystery shops for businesses. We specialize in evaluating businesses and educating them on the importance of getting the customer’s perspective. In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
In the next 5-10 years I see myself having more business opportunities out of state plus adding more qualified shoppers.
