Recently I have experienced some above and beyond exceptional service I would like to share. I have dealt with poor landscapers for over 26 years in Phoenix however a few years ago a friend recommended her landscaper to me. WOW what a difference! He arrives on time and if I contact him for an emergency he will show up within hours. Do I mind that he’s slightly higher priced? Absolutely not.
I recently engaged in a company for an animated video to post on my website. I will admit, I am no expert so I needed some serious hand holding. I previewed the video numerous times before I approved it. After being approved everything was ready to go. When I went to post the video I realized I had made a big mistake with my email address. I figured I would have to pay again. However, the owner, Tom Shelton sent me an email and said they would fix it, no charge. The company topexplainers.com went above and beyond to help me.
