Why would your customer return if they got LESS THAN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE?

1. No other restaurant choices?

2.  They would rather cook at home?

3.  They enjoy sitting at a restaurant waiting for their food?

The answer to all of these is NO!

More and more people are choosing to place their orders online or get take out because they don’t want to cook, yet they are starved for a better restaurant experience and they are missing that when they come to your establishment… Is your restaurant providing this?

People enjoy eating out and will come to your restaurant if they get good service, good food, reasonable prices and a pleasant dining experience.

Part of that is acknowledging them and their needs and fulfilling them! There is no reason your customers should ever wait more than 1-3 minutes for a greeting.

You can have great food however if your customer has to sit in a your restaurant for a meal longer than 30 minutes they won’t be back. If it takes longer they will either leave without eating and/or never return. Plus they will tell at least 10 people about their experience.
