Do You Offer Disney Customer Experiences?

Disney Customer Experiences

We recently took a vacation to Disneyland. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, except maybe for a few blisters on the feet and some back pain from all the standing and walking! It isn’t cheap to visit Disney parks, however people still seem to find the means to go.The park is always so clean even the restrooms and rides. People are seen cleaning everywhere all day.

Why do they call Disneyland “The Happiest Place On Earth”?

I can tell you “Why” because they offer WOW customer experiences. If you ask a question to a staff member you can guarantee they will know the answer. They are all happy and wear a smile all day, they seem to truly love their jobs. They are so attentive to all the customers needs… They are trained to provide customers with a magical experience, despite personal situations, hot/uncomfortable uniforms etc.

Can you say your employees offer this same experience to your customers? Of course you aren’t Disney with large marketing or training budgets, but you can still offer your customers a WOW experience they will never forget. Give an experience that goes above and beyond and your customers will return and refer you business.

Disney Customer Service

Here are a few ways to help your staff give that WOW experience that Disney offers

  • Guest greetings – Good morning/afternoon/evening. It’s so wonderful to see you again. How may I help you today?
  • Thank you for being so patient while I was helping that other customer.
  • Next time you come back, please ask for me and I will personally take care of you.
  • Thank you so much for supporting our business all these years.
  • Please walk with me. I will show you exactly where it is.
  • Here’s a small gift to show our appreciation for your business.
  • Smile.
  • Say Thank You when they leave and ask them to return.

You must train your staff that the first and last impressions are critical to your customers returning and ultimately referring you business…
